Our commitments:

• All staff involved will wear gloves⁠

• We will spread out our festival into booths rather than the usual U-shape, to encourage social-distancing

• All attendees are given their own cup to use and take home with them to ensure there is no transfer of germs

• Our festival will be limited to 100 people per day ⁠

Refund Policy

In the case of all social events being cancelled by the Australian Government, we will refund the total price of ticket sales. If you purchase a ticket and would rather not attend the event, this is your discretion and we understand this decision. However, we do have a no-refund policy. This policy ensures that our staff and those involved are paid appropriately.
