Gozenshu

Gozenshu yuzushu is different to most yuzushu. It is stronger in alcohol (9%) and it uses the ancient ‘bodaimoto’ process which imparts a unique sourness and strong flavour which makes it preferred by many cocktail makers. Being a premium yuzushu it is made using 'nihonshu (sake) as opposed to shochu. TOP TIP – try with tonic for a super refreshing summer’s drink. It is also available in a convenient (and more economical) 1.8L format.

Preferred by many of Melbourne’s top bars we believe the slightly higher price is worth it. Please consider.
